Terms of Service

By accessing asmrankrise.com or engaging ASM RankRise for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the applicable proposal or Statement of Work. Work begins after mutual agreement and any required initial payment.

Invoices are due within 15 days, unless otherwise stated. Retainer payments are non-refundable once work begins. Delayed payments may result in services being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.

Clients must provide timely feedback, required system access, and accurate information. Delays caused by missing information or access may extend project timelines.

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. ASM RankRise retains rights to pre-existing materials, processes, tools, and non-confidential learnings.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the agreed services.

ASM RankRise is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Liability is limited to the fees paid during the previous 3 months.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by courts located in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

ASM RankRise may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
